Dream of Cape Town
Weird dream, but still, I had to 'write it down', as it was related to what 'is going to happen' today, at the church, the Triduum, the big day today at St Anthony Church...
I was so surprised when we reached the carpark of the church where the statue of St Anthony was placed. St Anthony was carrying baby Jesus. As soon as we reached -- we were just on time -- the devotion began!
Well, I had forgotten what my dream was at that time, but when I got home, I remembered. And this two days or rather three (one, I had already written down) and the other two dreams I had not made any record of it.
The latest dream, was something about a baby and a place, a humid place, that looked wet on the floor, and the place with plants and trees, sculptures of 'fountains' -- a rainforest kind of weather, cool and 'rather dark' though not totally dark, but no sunshine, the plants were wet....
I was looking down from a place, probably 'my house', but I was not in the scene, but looking I know..... I saw people taking photographs at the fountains/sculptures, and next was a baby being placed on a sculpture, square/cuboid shaped in tiers form. The photographer was rather 'stupid' -- for placing a baby on the top of the squarish sculpture. As we know, babies cannot sit properly. Their posture is not stable. Any time, they can 'topple' over. And that was really what happen. I did not know whose baby it was. It seems someone I know, but I had forgotten who it really was.
The baby really fell off the moment the photographer stepped further away, trying to take a picture of him/her. I quickly went forward to help. In my dream, I was really so scared. I was so far from it and I knew it was impossible to 'catch' hold of the baby on time. But still, I hurried forward and went to carry the baby. What happened next, vague... cannot remember clearly.
Another part of the dream was two laboratories, lying side by side. It belonged to Boon Lay Secondary School, my secondary school! These two laboratories were lying on the road, with students in it. There were no classrooms, nothing else, just laboratories on the road!
I was still, looking from a window, and this dream was rather weird, it involves some people also. My father, my mother and even one of Clara's friend, whom I was not familiar with her, but it appeared in my dream. It was all about children's matter I suppose and something about neighbour as well. As in the dream, it was about upstairs and downstairs 'things' to be discussed about...
When I walked near the laboratories, I seemed to meet someone-- someone who lived near this area. I remembered now, this place was called 'Cape Town' as what a man told me. But it was 'Boon Lay' which I think of in the dream... The man (looked like Malay, skin brown, told me the place is Cape Town and the lady if I am not wrong, told me what was on top the mountain. I asked her what was on top of the mountain, because I could not see the school. Then the lady told me that the top of the mountain was the school. Surprisingly, the building, which the lady said was the school, was made of bricks. There were trees also. It was on top of a mountain, and I hope to go up to take a look, but I was awoken....
